Reviews ARC submissions. Clarifies Architectural covenants.

Touch point for the community with regard to development & growth in surrounding areas; Community activist for shaping the new city of Milton consistent with Waterside’s vision
VP-Communications
Josh Cahill
Chief Editor of all communications, routes incoming e-mails, maintains message boards, ensures flow of information throughout community.
VP-Social Events
Janelle Stechschulte
In need of Co-VPs to oversee an active and fun social calendar throughout the year.

Today Management assists the Neighborhood HOA Officers carry out the community maintenance and upkeep obligations required by the Covenants and By-Laws (click HERE to view).
Questions or inquiries regarding Waterside should be directed to Jenni Helms with Today Management or the respective neighborhood VP as indicated above.
In the event Jenni is contacted, she will advise and work with the appropriate neighborhood officer to take needed action.

Next Homeowners Association Meeting
Our annual Homeowners Association Meeting is held every February. We also have 2-3 HOA Board meetings throughout the year that homeowners are welcome to attend. Please check the EVENTS / ACTIVITIES section for info on our next meeting.
The next open Board meeting is May 22, 9am, at the pool.
